Objectifs de la formation
Upon completion of the Level 1 training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamentals of project management (integrate the project culture, understand the specific language of project management)
- Use the essential management tools: SWOT, Gantt, PERT, Task Flow Chart, simple RACI matrix, dashboard, flash report, monitoring indicators;
- Structure and lead a project from start to finish: conduct operational meetings, lead the project team, communicate information, structure project reports;
- To know the mobilized issues specific to change management To formalize the key deliverables in a clear and structured way (project sheet, reporting, action plan);
- Strengthen their project posture: understand the role and missions of the project manager and develop their autonomy, rigor, transversal leadership and a sense of results

STEP 2 - PLAN THE PROJECT

Animation of the project team and principles of meeting facilitation

- Throughout the training, the participants embody their project team and must move forward together despite the unexpected. We propose a scripted red thread around a fictional character, who goes through several realistic situations.

3 phases for our training courses
1 - Engage - Position and Launch the training
- Evaluate the acquired skills upstream by a self-diagnosis questionnaire of the skills that will be worked on during the training
2 - Grow - Develop skills and harmonize practices
- Collaborative and practical training Priority is given to practice, training, sharing and practice
- Evaluation at the end of the training to monitor the evolution and achievements during the training
3-Anchor - Transfer to everyday life and Anchor in the long term
- Continue learning Access to a memo with a selection of content to go further
- Optional and subject to customer validation Remote REX workshop to share developments and residual difficulties in the field
Optional and subject to validation by the customer Reinforcement workshop to reinforce the learning of the training
Modalités d'évaluation et de suivi
- Self-positioning of participants on a digital platform shared with the trainer (start and end of training)
- Evaluation acquired by the trainer at the end of the training
- Hot evaluation right after training
- REX OPTION – One-hour workshops to share practices a month or two after the initial training
- Cold evaluation one or two months after training
- Impact questionnaire sent to the sponsor three months after the training or annual meeting
