Stage 1: The purpose of questions

  • Attentiveness: 3 approaches to listening properly
  • What are the different listening attitudes and their consequences? 
  • Degrees of attentiveness
  • What is meant by listening properly?

      Workshop: “Baggage and Balloons”

 

Stage 2: How to ask questions? 

  • Examples of bias that prevent good questioning
  • What are the tools of active listening?
  • The different types of questions
  • The seven qualities of questions

Workshop: Reformulation, open questions, rebounding to encourage the other person to speak.

 

Stage 3: How to construct a questioning strategy? 

  • Levels of information
  • The 3 types of interview
  • The interview guide

Workshop: constructing a semi-guiding interview + role-play

 

Stage 4: How to develop an accompanying stance? 

  • Adopt the position of coach
  • What is a powerful question?
  • Dilts' levels of logic
  • The 7 key questions for coaching

Educational format

On site : 1 day – 7 hours

Remote : 2 x 3,5 hours workshops via Teams, GoogleMeet…​ (collective – individual mix)

Possibility of organization on-measure, according to the objectives set or logistical requirements

Modalités d'évaluation et de suivi

Evaluation and monitoring methods

  • Self-positioning of participants on a digital platform shared with the trainer (beginning and end of training)
  • Evaluation acquired by the trainer after training
  • Individual on-demand follow-up coaching
  • Impact questionnaire sent to sponsor three months after training
  • Post-training assessment one or two months after the course
