Stage 1: The basics of team management

  • What are the manager's main tasks?
  • Adapting your management style to the degree of autonomy
  • Creating trust within the team
  • Communicating clearly, aligning your approach;

Stage 2: Managing the members of my team

  • Setting clear objectives and performance contracts
  • Supporting development through regular feedback

Stage 3: Developing assertiveness

  • Developing interpersonal intelligence: listening and empathy
  • Defusing tension
  • Daring to reframe constructively

Stage 4: Facilitating teamwork

  • Preparing and leading effective team meetings

Evaluation and monitoring methods

  • Self-positioning by participants on a digital platform shared with the trainer (at the beginning and end of the course)
  • Assessment by the trainer at the end of the course
  • On-the-spot assessment immediately after the course
  • REX - One-hour practice-sharing workshops one or two months after the initial training course
  • Post-training assessment one or two months after the course
  • Performance questionnaire sent to the customer three months after the course
