  • Simplify and popularize to communicate effectively​

 

Step 3 : Encourage action and interaction​

  • Propose interactive learning methods​

Educational format

  • In-person training for 1 or 2 days
  • Virtual classes remotely: 2 to 4 sessions of 3.5 hours

Evaluation and monitoring methods

  • Self-positioning questionnaire
  • Self-positioning of participants on a shared digital platform with the trainer (beginning and end of training)
  • Evaluation of acquired skills by the trainer at the end of training
  • Immediate feedback right after the training
  • REX – One-hour workshops for sharing practices one or two months after the initial training
  • Individual follow-up coaching on demand
  • Delayed evaluation one or two months after the training
  • Impact questionnaire sent to the sponsor three months after the training
