  • Where is your company and your team making a contribution?
  • What do you really, truly want? Workshop: shared vision

 

Stage 2: Identifying collective strengths

  • Why build on our successes?
  • What are our successes based on?
  • Principles of positive psychology

Appreciative interviewing in pairs

 

Stage 3: Sharing aspirations

  • What would be our vision of an ideal future?
  • How do we formulate it? How do we portray this?

Creative workshop

 

Stage 4: Developing a meaningful ambition

  • How can we formulate an ambition that is concrete, evocative and meaningful for the group?

Collaborative workshops: co-constructing a collective ambition
