Stage 1: Preparing and structuring a distance learning course

  • Timing the phases and objectives
  • Preparing the appropriate digital tools for the course
  • Sending out the pre-training questionnaires

 

Stage 2: Communicating remotely

  • Using the known as a starting point to explore the unknown
  • Involving participants in the process of reflection
  • Managing your image on a video conference platform

 

Stage 3: Involving remote participants

  • Varying group formats and using a subgroup mode on video conference platforms
  • Asking questions using digital tools
  • Using digital collaboration boards

 

Stage 4: Ensuring follow-up

  • Preparing asynchronous follow-up content
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the training
  • Suggesting consolidation activities

Evaluation and monitoring methods

  • Self-positioning by participants on a digital platform shared with the trainer (at the beginning and end of the course)
  • Assessment by the trainer at the end of the course
  • On-the-spot assessment immediately after the course
  • REX - One-hour practice-sharing workshops one or two months after the initial training course
  • Post-training assessment one or two months after the course
  • Performance questionnaire sent to the customer three months after the course
